Fairly clean hotel, outstandingly accommodating staff, wonderful and incredible location right next to the lake. Well-equipped room with great bed, a microwave oven, climate control, and an individual safe. Spectacular view to the Dolomite mountains.

Check-in was quick. the hotel was fully equipped. - the location was beautiful in the Old Town, just a 15-minute walk away. - Got the same well-equipped room for my older kids that I booked online. - Appreciated the amenities like the microwave oven, climate control, and individual safe. - the staff was incredibly polite and friendly, always smiling. - the daily service was excellent. - Convenient parking nearby.
